Mr. Anderson brings more than 25 years of specialized experience in the commercial, residential and resort construction industry. With in-depth planning, development, financing, construction and management knowledge, he has applied his skills to develop numerous successful projects ranging from resort, urban high-rise, custom and multi-family residential to office, retail, commercial, industrial and land development. He is currently overseeing all aspects of development for a master-planned resort community encompassing 84, 160-acre ranch sites. His expertise has built several large development and construction companies into market leaders throughout the western US and Canada. Additional specific accomplishments include:
Mr. Anderson received his MBA from the University of Phoenix and his BS in Consumer Studies and Design (with additional architectural emphasis) from the University of Utah. His education, combined with his in-depth experience, provides comprehensive knowledge to execute a wide range of development projects.
- Supervised all aspects of development, planning and construction for several billion dollars in real estate assets to date.
- Directed development services for projects encompassing more than 20 million square feet including luxury residential units
- Oversaw several design/build military family housing projects throughout the U.S.
Rex Campbell has been overseeing and managing construction projects— from beginning to end—for more than 30 years. Mr. Campbell’s experience encompasses almost every aspect of the construction field, from Apprentice Carpenter to Project Manager, as well as a number of positions in-between. This soup-to-nuts background offers Mr. Campbell a unique and invaluable insight when it comes to the planning, oversight and execution of projects.
After beginning as an Apprentice Carpenter for R. W. Taylor Steel, Mr. Campbell steadily ascended through several positions before arriving as Field Superintendent for Jeremy Limited. In 1994, Mr. Campbell went to work with Pitchfork Development, serving as Project Manager for several large-scale residential projects including the infrastructure for a 126-lot subdivision, construction of 119 single-family dwellings and infrastructure and construction of 312 apartments. In 1999, Mr. Campbell became Project Manager for Heber Ranches where he participated in a number of high-profile developments. In addition to overseeing the infrastructure for a 14,000-acre subdivision, he was named Project Manager for Wolf Creek Ranch. That project included 84 lots, each totaling 160 acres, with 30 miles of completed primary paved roads, independent water systems, power, phone and other amenities.
Currently, Mr. Campbell is overseeing the construction of high-end estates at Wolf Creek Ranch. His experience and diverse project background make him an invaluable member of the Estates Mangers team.
